Adrian VanKeuren began taking Tai Chi classes during her decade-long battle with multiple chronic illnesses, in hope that her health would improve. Now a certified Tai Chi instructor herself, Adrian is passionate about bringing the health and healing benefits of Tai Chi practice to the general public. Tai Chi's fluidity and slowness of movement makes it an ideal practice for everyone, and each movement can be modified to meet the practitioner's abilities.

Course description:

Tai Chi has numerous health benefits, and is a unique practice in that each movement can be adapted to meet the individual practitioner's current needs and mobility, and grow with that practitioner.
This 5 week Tai Chi course will focus primarily on the benefits of grounding, gentle movement, chi flow, self-massage, along with mindfulness. Experience how Tai Chi can bring added stability to all areas of your life with this course.

Age requirement: 16+

Please download and fill out the sign up form below and retun it to us with payment, or come and pick up a sign up form from us.
Start of the class is limited to a minimum of 5 people signing up by Sunday, January 12th, we will confirm on Monday, 13th.

Form of payment:

You can come and pay at in person at the World of Healing, pay over the phone or mail a check written for World of Healing with the attention of Qwarts School to 33 S Loudoun St, Winchester, VA 22601.
